Treatment Philosophy

"Effective providers facilitate care and inspire wellness by adapting to the strengths and weaknesses of their clients.  I see listening and educating as my two most important roles as I partner with clients to understand their individual life experiences and realize their healing goals."

Special Interests:

"The relationship between mental health, post-traumatic stress, and chronic pain.  Individual differences in resilience and pain tolerance."

I am thrilled to return to the North Country and assist in improving quality of life for its residents through pain management.

"I chose a career path as a nurse practitioner with the ultimate goal of being able to give-back to the rural community I grew-up in. Previous nursing positions have included working with Veterans as well as children with emotional and neurobehavioral disorders prior to joining the PainCare family."
