Hugh is from Knoxville, TN, and brings a diverse background to PainCare, with extensive anesthetic administration for neurosurgery, trauma, vascular, orthopedics, and ambulatory surgeries as well as acute pain managment skills. Hugh received his MS in Biology and Anesthesia from the Rhode Island School of Nurse Anesthesia at Central Connecticut State University and most recently worked for Resource Anesthesia providing full scope anesthesia services at sites in Tennessee and Kentucky.
